By downloading, accessing, or using Parkday (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. Parkday is an independent trip planning tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries.
Parkday is a personal trip planning application designed to help users organise and plan their visits to Walt Disney World Resort. The App provides tools including itinerary building, AI-powered planning suggestions, attraction and dining information, and trip-sharing features. Information provided by the App is for general planning purposes only and may not reflect current park hours, availability, pricing, or operational status.
Parkday does not require account registration. Trip data and preferences are associated with your device and, where applicable, stored on our secure servers solely to enable the features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to operate the App.
Parkday Premium is available as a one-time purchase of $4.99 USD (or local equivalent). This is a non-consumable, lifetime purchase — you pay once and retain access permanently. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Parkday does not directly handle payment card details.
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. Parkday cannot issue refunds directly.
The App includes an AI assistant powered by third-party artificial intelligence technology. AI-generated itineraries, suggestions, and responses are provided for convenience and inspiration only. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or up to date. You should independently verify all information — including attraction wait times, restaurant reservations, park hours, and pricing — before your trip. Parkday is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.
The App allows you to generate invite codes to share trip plans with others. When you share a trip, a copy of that trip's data is made available to the recipient. You are responsible for the invite codes you distribute. Do not share invite codes publicly. Parkday is not liable for any unauthorised access resulting from shared invite codes.
All content, design, code, and materials within Parkday — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of Parkday and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Attraction, dining, and entertainment information displayed in the App is based on publicly available data. Parkday makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of this information. Park hours, ride availability, dining reservations, and pricing are subject to change by the respective operators at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Parkday and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or disappointment resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) inaccurate information provided by the App; (c) unauthorised access to your data; or (d) any other matter relating to the App.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Parkday does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Parkday reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be indicated by an updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
